View Admin Activity Log

The admin activity log provides an in-platform audit trail of admin activity. The log captures the following event details:

  • Date of event
  • User that performed the event
  • Source of the event (platform area)
  • Description of the event

This feature is useful if you are required to investigate any activity on the platform for compliance or support purposes.

Prerequisites:

To complete this process:

  • You must have “Read access” granted to your account for the Users > Manage > Admin activity permission (available to Administrators or above).

How to complete this flow:

  1. In the navigation panel, go to Manage > Admin Activity.
  2. You will be presented with the Admin Activity log table.
  3. Optionally, you can use the following search and filter options available if you’re looking for more specific activity log data:
    • User search – Partially or fully enter the name of a user in the free text search box and press enter. This will search the “Person” and “Description” columns for and return entries for the name entered.
    • Activity date range – click on the date range button to open a calendar view. Select the required date range and click submit. This will return activities logged during the specified range.
    • Person select – Click on the “Person” drop down to open a list of all users that have had an activity logged against them. Select one or more users to filter the list by user(s) as required.
    • Source select – Click on the “Source” drop down to open a list of all the source areas within which admin activity is captured. Select one or more sources to filter the list by source area(s) as required.
