Job Advertising
The Cognisess platform provides a number of features that allow you to control where your job listings can be seen and accessed once they are activated.
Once populated, the different methods of publicising your active jobs are as follows:
- Partner Jobs Board – A jobs board containing all active jobs posted for each organisation under that partner.
- Organisation Jobs Board – A jobs board containing all active jobs posted within that specific organisation.
- Yondur Marketplace – A global jobs board accessible by all Yondurers (exclusivity rules apply here) containing jobs from multiple partners.
You have full control over where your jobs are published, and these settings can be configured at the job, organisation, or partner level.
You can provide access to a specific job listing using the platform, through either the generation and onward dissemination of a unique URL, or via email invite. This job specific access can be configured, to control where jobseekers enter the application in Cognisess e.g. to circumvent the full Cognisess job listing and application page. This is a useful feature if your hiring process involves advertising or process steps upstream of the Cognisess platform.
