Reset a Candidate Video

If for any reason a candidate video needs to be reset this can be done on the candidate’s mini profile. This may be necessary if a candidate loses connection during a video recording or can be done to give the candidate a second opportunity of completing a video assessment.

Prerequisites:

To complete this process:

  • You must have “Read access” granted to your account for the Users > Hiring > Jobs permission (available to Administrators or above)

OR

  • If assigned to a specific job, you must have “Read access” granted for  the Users > Hiring > Assigned jobs permission (available to Administrators and above).

AND

  • You must have “Full access” granted to your account for the Users > Hiring > Candidate talentpool permission (available to Administrators or above)

OR

  • If assigned to a specific job, you must have “Full access” granted for  the Users > Hiring > Assigned candidates permission (available to Administrators and above).

How to complete this flow:

  1. In the candidate’s mini-profile, select the job which you want to reset.
  2. Click the “Video” tab
  3. Click the “Reset videos” button.
  4. Click the checkbox for the videos you want to reset.
    • Alternatively click “Select all” to check all of the checkboxes.
  5. Click the reset videos button in the bottom left to reset the checked videos for the candidate. Note that all appraisals for these reset videos will be reset and the candidate will be able to reattempt the video on the Yondur platform. The candidate will be reverted to the “in activity” ATS state and will no longer have a video score in the ATS until an appraisal is resubmitted.

Please Note: The questions chosen for the video assessment when setting the job assessment phase will be the questions that are available to reset. The candidate’s videos have to be submitted before they can be reset.
