Apply Job-Level Job Listing Settings

The job listing settings allow you to decide whether a job should be listed on your partner jobs board and / or the Yondur marketplace. This provides you with autonomy, per job, to decide how visible you want the job listing to be.

Please Note: Partner and Organisation level job listing settings can lock or overrule job-level settings.

Prerequisites:

To complete this process:

  • You must have “Full access” granted to your account for the Users > Hiring > Jobs permission (available to Administrators or above).

OR

  • If assigned to a specific job, you must have “Full access” granted for the Users > Hiring > Assigned jobs permission (available to Administrators or above).
  • At least one job must exist to apply job listing settings to.
  • Job listing settings must be unlocked at both the organisation and partner level.

How to complete this flow:

  1. Navigate to Recruitment > Jobs in the navigation side panel.
  2. Open the ellipsis on the job tile, select the option “Edit job”.
  3. Navigate to the “Settings” tab.
  4. Check or uncheck the Yondur Marketplace & Partner Jobs Board checkboxes as required to toggle listing on those locations, and click “Save” to update your job listing settings.

Please note: Job Listing Settings may be permanently overwritten at the Organisation and Partner level. The default listing settings which the job is set to on creation may be set at the Organisation and Partner level.
