Alex has been involved in the recruitment and talent management sector for 20 years. He began his career in traditional contingency recruitment, specialising in various sectors including; Sales, Graduate, Finance and IT.

His recruitment experience includes working in both SME and Corporate organisations. He was a founding member of a graduate training and assessment organisation, as well as a software coding school, created to bridge the ever-widening skills gap within the tech sector in the UK (and no, he cannot code himself!).  

Alex has spent the last 3 years scaling up an online recruitment marketplace, connecting employers with recruiters, allowing them to do business over a technology platform built on ratings and reviews.
