Organisation Setup introduction

The Cognisess platform is fully customisable for each organisation. Allowing organisational
compliance in the following areas:

• Organisation branding
• Organisation communication templates and settings
• Organisation privacy and security settings

Organisation branding, and customised communication templates and settings can impact how you
present and communicate to employees in your organisation, and to candidates who have applied to
jobs with your organisation.

Privacy and security settings apply solely to your employees, controlling what data can be collected
about them, and the level of authentication required when accessing the platform.

This section also covers employee onboarding, so once your organisation has been established on the
platform, you can easily onboard employees individually or en masse. Employee onboarding is
through an invite only process, giving you control over who is given access to the platform and when.
